McQueen Neighborhood Sports Center Concession Stand
This facility was developed as a prototype facility for City of Reno sports complex projects. The facility is designed to be durable and useful and flexible. It includes a concessions space within the building that can be used with or without the use of the restrooms. The building is approximately 40' x 22'. It can be reduced in length as necessary depending upon concessions requirements.
Mira Loma Skate Park Restrooms
This project is a durable securable sturdy facility to restroom facilities for one of Reno's most popular teenager facility.
We added dormer windows to the roof to daylight the interior spaces, finished the interiors with tile, used solid plastic toilet partitions and designed the exterior to receive mural art.
The exterior is completed with a metal standing seam roof. The design includes an ample park storage space and accessible protected plumbing chase. Reno expects to receive decades of beneficial use from this facility.
