Barada-Fuetsch Architects provided a complete facility inventory and program review of the 99 acre, 350,000 s.f., 32 building campus to plan for program changes and facility renewal projects. The design team included a psychiatrist, a medical facilities expert architect, and an engineering team. The facility audit effort gathered existing building plans, established space measurement standards, created new space management floor plans in AutoCAD, recalculated the distribution of space, determined the technical condition of the buildings and estimated the cost to stabilize deterioration of the buildings and renew their appearance and function.

A comprehensive review of the mental health programs identified opportunities for improvement and created new facility programs to implement the program changes.
