The Northern Nevada Fertility Clinic (Reno Procedure Center) and the Ambulatory Surgery & Human Embryo Lab are related projects for a mixed family of medical clients. Existing medical office suites were remodeled to create specialized medical and lab facilities. Phase 1 added a state-of-the-art medical procedure room and human embryo fertilization lab to an existing medical office suite. The Embryo lab has an isolated HVAC system with a HEPA filter system.

Phase 2, completed 2 years later, remodeled the medical suite and converted the procedure room into a state certified Ambulatory Surgery Center. A 6 bed recovery room was created along with the necessary staff, public and medical work rooms. The exit corridor was widened to 8 feet, and the Reno Procedure Center space partitioned from the balance of the floor.
