Glen Duncan Joint Use Library is approximately 3,200 sf, and construction cost $400,000. The building and program serve the community through a joint use agreement between Washoe County School District and the Washoe County Library System. This small branch library is able to be easily expanded through the addition of additional modular units. The project was built and erected during a single ten week summer school break.

Additional modular building projects designed by Barada-Fuetsch Architects for the school district include 2, 4, and 6 classroom buildings comprised of 12 foot widew by 38 foot long 'modules', which can be seperated and relocated. Modular buildings have been designed for the following school sites throughtout the district:
