Reno, Nevada

The owner's primary concern with the development of this new facility was retention of real estate agents.Barada-Fuetsch responded by carefully studying the current facility, visiting other successful offices and then meeting with the agents to learn their desires. The resulting building meets the needs of the agents, conforms to the restrictions of the neighborhood and fits the financial package.

Arranged in two floors, the building provides a variety of elegant shared sales spaces including lobby, reception and S conference rooms. Fourowners offices, secretaries and the bookkeeping department are distributed around the building to insure agent/broker access. Agent work spaces are provided in three agent "team" offices and modular work stations. Agent support spaces include computer resource rooms, copy and graphics rooms, and a break room with kitchen and outside patio.
